We are looking for a Team Lead. They will set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.  

How you will achieve success:

  • Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, and create organizational depth and individual growth. 
  • Track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report to management. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed.
  • Expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review.
  • What experiences will help you in this role: 

  • Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
  • Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely.  
  • Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines. 
  • Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans.
