Spreetail is seeking an HR Generalist to play a key role in shaping the employee experience from end to end. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and team members to build a diverse and talented workforce, foster an inclusive and engaging culture, and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations. From driving recruitment and career development to leading engagement initiatives and streamlining processes, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both our people and our business. How you will achieve success in this role:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top, diverse talent while ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and team connection.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career growth, performance, and development.
  • Ensure HR operations, documentation, and compliance are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with both global standards and India-specific requirements.
  • Drive process improvements across onboarding, offboarding, equipment management, and vendor coordination to maximize efficiency.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering timely hires and building a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Proven ability to drive employee engagement, foster connection and high participation in surveys and events.
  • Skilled in developing HR documentaiton, policies, and tools that are clear, compliant, and locally relevant.
  • Experienced in managing promotion cycles, career development conversations, and growth mapping to support retention and mobility.
  • Adept at overseeing HR operations - from onboarding to compliance - with accuracy, efficiency, and high employee satisfaction.
    • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
