Join our team as a Payroll Specialist! You'll handle multi-state payrolls, support audits, and help employees with all things pay and benefits. If you're detail-driven and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

How you will achieve success:

  • Manage multi-state bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including deductions, reimbursements, and tax information.
  • Review and import employee hours, resolve time discrepancies with managers, and coordinate with temp agencies.
  • Collaborate with accounting on payroll ledger entries, benefit audits, and tax reconciliations.
  • Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and assist in year-end audits and W-2 accuracy.

    • What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll.
  • Experience with multi-state, bi-weekly and monthly payroll.  
  • Knowledge in year-end tax reporting and 401k/Benefits deductions. 
  • Experience analyzing and managing large amounts of data using Excel and other tools.
  • Strong math, numeric or accounting abilities.
    • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
