Squarespace is in search of a Media Strategist to join our team and elevate our presence across our Affiliate and Podcast programs. You will work across both teams with a focus on our Websites and Acuity products. We are seeking someone who is data-driven and enthusiastic about paid acquisition strategies.

You will work hybrid in our New York City office and report to the Media Manager.

You'll Get To…

• Propose strategies, identify opportunities for optimization, and suggest process enhancements for our Affiliate and Podcast programs
• Assist with Affiliate publisher and Podcast network communications and campaign management by providing feedback, coordinating the delivery of creative assets, and addressing inquiries
• Collaborate with key external partners to foster transparency, creative optimization, and drive business impact.
• Track weekly performance data to support the team's analysis, ensuring accuracy and resolving any data inconsistencies
• Help expand our Affiliate program (for Acuity) and Podcast by overseeing new launches, contracting new shows and partners, onboarding talent, managing invoicing, and other key functions of program expansion.
• Monitor Podcast competitor presence, driving optimizations for audio spot creative and flagging contract terms to partners; validate partner adherence to exclusivity agreements through monitoring competitive separation reports

Who We're Looking For…

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, or a similar role
• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently; autonomous but able to identify when to escalate more complex issues
• Comfortable working with data, marketing KPIs, and various data management tools
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs is advantageous
• Moderate proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Impact Tech, Ironclad, or Coupa

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 - $113,850 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
