Squarespace is looking for a strategic marketer to drive growth in our international markets. You will have demonstrated success in a marketing role and holistic marketing knowledge from assisting in campaign execution across multiple marketing channels.

You will work hybrid in our NYC office, and will report to the Senior International Marketing Manager. You will liaise with both the International and US-based HQ teams.

You'll Get To…

  • Manage and optimize Brand and Direct Response campaigns across international markets
  • Work with Market Leads to identify opportunities for localization and assure campaigns meet international needs and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and agency partners to evaluate marketing opportunities, manage communications and approvals, and document learnings
  • Manage external marketing partners to develop partnership content and event plans, assuring the Squarespace narrative and brand standards are reflected
  • Help manage the relationship with local agencies (briefing, strategic direction and executional oversight)
  • Create internal presentations for active marketing initiatives, while monitoring and tracking progress and performance
  • Draft agreements for international marketing activity, and liaise with Legal and external partners to build agreements
  • Support in the development of emerging markets through research of market macro, cultural, and media trends
  • Implement and track marketing tests in partnership with Media counterparts

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-4+ years of broad marketing and/or advertising experience
  • Experience managing partnerships, branded content and talent-led programs
  • Experience managing and cultivating relationships with agency partners
  • Understanding of localization and how cultural perspectives influence marketing plans
  • Flexibility to travel internationally infrequently

Cash Compensation Range: $78,500 - $138,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
