What we’re looking for

SurveyMonkey is looking for an Office Services Coordinator for our Dublin office. As a vital part of our dynamic Employee Experience team, you'll be at the heart of it all, orchestrating the administrative magic that keeps our office humming. You'll dive into a mix of administrative, financial, and managerial duties, all aimed at elevating our workplace culture through purpose and connection. 

During your time in the office, your mission is to craft an impeccably organized workspace, igniting a steady and seamless experience for our employees. This is an in-office position, reporting to the Employee Experience Manager who is based in our headquarters office in San Mateo, California. Ready to help shape the future of our office culture?

This opportunity is a part time 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend and requires you to be in our Dublin office 4 days per week.

What you’ll be working on

  • Enhance office efficiency and employee experience by identifying optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for office procedures and processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, including building management, security, and catering
  • Handle office supply procurement and inventory management, including ordering snacks and restocking inventory (Must be able to lift up to 20lbs) 
  • Administer onsite guest check-in and access badging employees and visitors
  • Coordinate service and maintenance requests through Zendesk service desk portal
  • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately
  • Monitor and report on office utilization data on a weekly bas
  • Coordinate office events, including communication, scheduling, and collaboration with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion groups

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 2-4 years of office management experience demonstrating proficiency in office operations
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to completion
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including spreadsheets, documents, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience in creating comprehensive office and event management documentation
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferred experience in event planning
