Our community in Niš is now on the lookout for great React.js Developers.

Symphony is a technology house headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in Sarajevo, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Skopje, Amsterdam, and Berlin. Our clients include two of the "Big Four" tech companies, innovative startups from the Bay Area, and leading enterprises from diverse industries. We are working with alumni from Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Netflix, and other bright minds.

Symphony is a partner and preferred vendor of Google Ventures, StartX, and Y Combinator. We like to tackle challenging projects in fields such as biotech, machine learning, IoT, wearables, and augmented reality.

Key position requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessing (SASS/LESS) and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with front-end design patterns
  • Thorough understanding of JavaScript and its core principles
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git)
  • Highly developed ability to analyse and understand business context and logic behind the software solution
  • Advanced level of English language
