Be involved in every aspect of the product development process from the initial concept of the next feature or product through its launch and any iteration. You will collaborate with product and engineering colleagues in the creation of elegant and intuitive solutions that transform typically complex and antiquated insurance purchase and management workflows.

Job Description

• Drive identification of product requirements, use cases, user stories, user journeys, etc. with all relevant stakeholders.
  
• Work on translating client’s product goals and business objectives into a functional user experience through conceiving, sketching, prototyping and concept validation.
• Be in charge of communicating design decisions based on customer interviews, personas, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, content strategy and data analytics.
• Ask questions, and promote new, better solution ideas to clients.
• Build awesome user flows that transform complex to simple through awesome design.
• Comfortable with every aspect of the product life cycle, from problem discovery and proof-of-concept phase, to the next product feature through launch and iteration.
• Work in a cross-functional, agile environment with committed timelines and fast turnaround requests.
• Promote high aesthetic standards in design execution through visual hierarchy, typography, layout, responsiveness as well as interaction and UI design.

Requirements

• Self-driven, creative professional with at least 5+ years of demonstrated success in Product design, building and implementing sustainable and scalable solutions
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Fluent in English
• A pro with prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with clients, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to drive strategy, vision, and execution
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills when it comes to design decisions
• Fluent in UX, visual and modern interactive design best practices
• Independent in executing design (desktop and mobile), in consultation with product owners and technical leads
• Coming with strong knowledge about usability principles and techniques
