We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join and support our Finance team in Paris. Reporting directly to the Accounting Director, the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have gained valuable experience in the field of digital advertising.

What you will do: 

  • Assisting with the quarterly close procedures.
  • Posting and processing accounting payable entries.
  • Performing Account Payables reconciliations.
  • Performing the application of payments in the Accounting system.
  • Archiving
  • Participating in the implementation of a new P2P software
  • Assisting with other accounting reports and transactions as need it.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, pivot tables, logical formulas..)
  • Interest in ad tech and digital media
  • Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
  • Detail oriented and organizational abilities
  • Team spirit
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
  • A plus, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sage 1000 and English appreciated.
