As a leader in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Agency Team Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote Teads' offerings within the French market, to a dedicated portfolio of agencies.
  • Manage adiverse portfolio of clients (media agencies), and build a strong presence to the middle and top management levels.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, fostering growth in self-service business.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through strategic initiatives, presentations, workshops, PR…
  • With hold up from internal teams, be sure to deliver campaign insights and gather valuable product feedback from clients.
  • Work collectively with Sales Managers in your team to provide hold up and drive client success.
  • Accompany and manage a team of Sales Managers to hold you in your scope.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and hold up to your team members.
  • Foster a collective and goal-oriented team culture.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations and hold up functions to communicate client expectations and ensure deliverables meet satisfaction.
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become a brand advocate..

 

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience in online media sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape.
  • Intimate knowledge of digital advertising and online video. Well-link withinmajor local advertising agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrate strong guidance capabilities by effectively managing and inspiring a high-performing agency team.
  • Provide clear direction, set expectations, and foster a team-work and positive team culture.
  • Solution mindset with experience in digital advertising, preferably in the performance business.
  • Implement strategies for professional growth, skill enhancement, and overall team success.
