Teads are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join our team in Manchester.

Responsibilities

For UK programmatic campaigns:

  • Manage the end-to-end Programmatic campaign process from start to finish
  • Direct client relationship management (Agencies, clients or Trading Desks) throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Create, develop and grow the day-to-day relationships with our clients and key decision makers
  • Understand clients’ objectives and KPIs and optimise towards these for optimum campaign performance
  • Create Deal Id’s and monitor delivery, spend and performance
  • Troubleshooting issues effecting delivery and performance
  • Analysing Metamarkets and internal dashboards to get campaign insights and actionable data
  • Reporting performance to internal teams and clients, daily, weekly and in group/pod meetings
  • Educate and consult with our clients on the Teads product suite and wider programmatic video industry
  • Identifying upselling opportunities across programmatic activity
  • Knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, and 3rd party ad-serving systems
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of digital media industry and market dynamics

For UK managed service bookings:

  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process from start to finish
  • Direct client relationship management throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Chasing for assets
  • Set up campaigns and creatives on the Teads ad serving platform
  • Understand clients’ objectives and KPIs and optimise towards these for optimum campaign performance
  • Regular reporting of campaign performance data to internal and external teams, producing mid and end of campaign reports. Includes writing campaign commentary and analysis, producing screenshots and ability to highlight campaign success metrics for our clients
  • Test and implement 3rd party tracking, VAST/VPAID, Javascript, and brand studies
  • Technical troubleshooting of creatives
  • Teads Studio VPAID builds

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally worked at a DSP or very closely with a DSP
  • Previous experience of working in a similar online Ad Operations/Account Management role
  • Good understanding of ad serving technologies
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of managing the end-to-end campaign process for top tier advertisers
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • World class client relationship management skills with direct client or agency experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced media environment managing multiple competing priorities
  • Mobile, Video and Programmatic experience
  • Competent with 3rd party tags, HTML and Javascript
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
