Teads is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK! Working in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to be a marketing generalist collaborating across key marketing channels, including events and sponsorships, social media, digital marketing and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate should have a passion for implementing strategic, results-oriented campaigns within an innovative and fast-growing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To execute our marketing and communications strategy for the UK, aligned with our business objectives and global marketing strategy.
  • Develop B2B marketing campaigns that help promote Teads’ products and services across a wide range of activations: presentations, newsletters, advertising, social media, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate our marketing activities by leveraging our marketing channels including PR, events, content marketing, email marketing and social media.
  • Build key industry relationships with trade associations and broaden relationships with new partners we should be working with.
  • Lead the execution of local marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and collaborating with the Global Marketing team.
  • Producing case studies and sales marketing materials that can be used in the market.
  • Review and manage local marketing budgets and create reports for the UK market.

 

Requirements:

  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships with various global marketing, sales and product teams within the organization, as well as with external partners.
  • You are self-starter and take pride in finding solutions to deliver strong results in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • You possess an ability to multitask, organize and prioritize projects with excellent time management and a detail-oriented approach
  • You demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity and passion for your work and bring both proven & creative marketing ideas to the team
  • You are a strategic & solution-oriented thinker with great analytical skills to measure and strengthen the success of our marketing initiatives

 

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or digital advertising. Experience working at an agency, publisher and Ad Tech company would be a plus.
  • Experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Proven experience working across events, content creation and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or similar
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
