What can you expect in this role:
Teads is expanding and hiring for a Sales Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia to execute strategic revenue growth in an exciting territory. 

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for growing new business across media agencies. Naturally, you will have experience bringing in new business and have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising. 

The ideal candidate has extensive industry experience knowledge and market, enjoys working independently and takes ownership on managing annual revenue targets. 

  • Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and brands
  • Attend weekly meetings/presentations with media agencies
  • Advise and create brand loyalty
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
  • Prepare pitch materials and RFPs
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Studio teams to develop campaign strategies 
  • Manage and maintain a healthy individual sales pipeline and achieve sales target

About You:

  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering success
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in either adtech or online media 
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • University degree
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Fluent in English is essential
