Our Product Team 

The Product team is composed of 20+ passionate Product Managers located between Montpellier and Paris and has more than ever a pivotal role to set the company which is growing quicker than ever!

Teads roadmap is full of ambitious projects related to the evolution of our offering for both publishers and advertisers including self serve platforms

Our ambition for 2024 is to sustain our growth in CTV and performance advertising. This involves scaling highly differentiated products like CTV native, while also maintaining our core business as a leader in cookieless advertising on inRead formats across the web. We aim to achieve this goal in a structured and efficient manner by consistently improving and nurturing our product culture.

The Format/Native Team 

We deliver hundreds of billions of impressions each year, which means you have already seen a Teads ad. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for the ads we deliver, overseeing integration, design, rendering, and activation of our ads. Working closely with a team of talented engineers, you will be responsible for creating a new Native CTV offering and maintaining the quality of our core web offering.

This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the entire product management cycle, from discovery to shipping, collaborating closely with external supply and demand partners as well as internal stakeholders.

What will you do?

As a Senior Product Manager, your missions will be to: 

  • Shape the roadmap: 
    • Collect and gather needs from internal and external stakeholders (e.g: sales teams, clients, etc.).
    • Explore business and market opportunities (competitive intelligence, market analysis).
    • Communicate on priorities, share the vision and align with the engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage product roll-out: 
    • Define objectives and success metrics, and monitor it accordingly.
    • Maintain an up-to-date planning to communicate on the effort and progress.
    • Structure the go-to-market strategy (Product marketing, internal training, etc.).

What will you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering
  • Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager in a tech/web company
  • Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering)
  • Understanding of the product from a technology perspective
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner
  • Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • A previous experience in the digital advertising sector with a background in CTV is an important plus
