Who We're Looking For

Teads is looking for a highly motivated, driven, hardworking individual to join our Finance team this summer. As an Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounting department on their day-to-day tasks, projects, and any ad hoc requests that may come up. The right person will be a true team player, eager to learn, and will have the ability to adapt appropriately in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with full Accounts Payable cycle including creating new vendors, reviewing and posting invoices and processing payables
  • Import and record all bank payments
  • Help manage intercompany and vendor payables
  • Track all company credit card transactions including coding, importing into Microsoft Dynamics 365, and monthly reconciliation
  • Support month and quarter-end closes by preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and investigating variances
  • Maintain and record transactions related to Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Prepaids, Accrued Expenses, COGS, and more
  • Process tax payments on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate and work closely with other Teads interns on a group project that will be presented at the end of the internship

Qualifications

  • Available for the full summer internship program period (June 6 - August 19, 2022)
  • Please note, this internship will be on a hybrid work schedule which is virtual/remote and in-person (requires at least 2 days per week in the Teads NYC office)
  • Must have an expected graduation date of May or June 2022
  • Seniors with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Advertising is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
