The Project Coordinator for Category Management, reports to the Head of Business Process and Efficiency - CM,  supporting the commercial strategy, vision and purpose.  You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the effective implementation of CM Projects and assist in identifying, developing and implementing fundamental improvements to key processes. The ultimate purpose of this role is to increase efficiency, productivity and engagement within CM as well as ensuring a seamless and innovative shopping experience for THE ICONIC customers.

 About the role:

  • Provide administrative support for the effective implementation of process improvement  projects in Category Management.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Process and Efficiency - CM to achieve agreed  goals, objectives and project  milestones.
  • Plan and organise CM projects following instructions from Head of Business & Efficiency - CM.
  • Write, maintain and optimise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including  process flow charts, for key CM processes and tasks.
  • Monitor, track, report and escalate CM project risks and issues.
  • Help to supervise and work with CM project teams to achieve deadlines.
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks and communication in line with CM project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide CM project status reports, timelines and presentations.
  • Create reports and updates for Head of Business Process & Efficiency - CM and other members of management.
  • Use a clear customer focus to assist in identifying opportunities to improve and standardise key processes and tasks.
  • Understand and assist in driving company wide strategies and OKRs.
  • Utilise your analytical skills to analyse data, propose informed decisions based on data and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Vendor Management, Operations and Finance.
  • Establish and maintain documentation library.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous, demonstrated experience in project co-ordinator or administration roles.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent organisation skills and proactive approach.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously and with minimum direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms or Microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) 
  • Experience with ERP and OWMS systems.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change, open to learning new skills and approaches.
  • Resilience.
