Who We Are Looking For:

Someone to provide contracts management and operational support to a legal department of 50+ lawyers and other professionals. Assist with contract review, processing and compliance, team workload management, technology implementation, and a variety of other projects. Build strong working relationships with professionals within the legal team and around the company to provide high quality, cross-functional legal support.

What you'll do: 

  • Review and draft agreements, termination notices, orders, addenda and other day-to-day agreements and documents.
  • Interact with internal customers and stakeholders regarding the status of contract negotiations, team processes and general questions and support.
  • Review legal support and contract requests for completeness of required information.
  • Assist with management of team workload.
  • Review, compare, format and complete contracts, documents and forms.
  • Finalize and circulate contracts for approvals and signatures.
  • Update and maintain legal department files and records.
  • Compile reports and other information regarding legal team activity.
  • Assist with contract and policy compliance initiatives.

Who you are: 

  • 5+ years experience as a contracts manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess independent judgment and common sense with a moderate degree of supervisory attention.
  • Experience working with a wide range of agreements and managing compliance with contracting policies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work across a wide range of corporate functions.
  • Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and support the use of a range of technology solutions, including DocuSign CLM, JIRA, and e-Sign.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage a high volume of work to meet competing deadlines.
  • Ability to interact and build trust across all levels of the company.
  • Management experience preferred.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$76,900$141,000 USD
