Are you passionate about working on complex marketing analytics projects and developing new ways to measure, synthesize and deliver campaign insights?

As a member of the marketing analytics and insights team, you will support critical marketing analytics initiatives, such as dashboard development, media mix modeling, marketing ROI analyses, and much more. You will collaborate directly with global marketing regional and functional teams to measure and analyze TTD brand and product marketing campaigns. You will also support the CMO in developing and measuring overall company goals, as they pertain to Marketing.

An incredible work ethic, amazing communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work under pressure with great urgency are critical to success. Equally as important, you can do anything since you are comfortable with ambiguity, have found creative ways to solve problems and you are not afraid of a challenge.

This is an outstanding opportunity as you will have direct exposure to the Marketing executive team, help contribute to the company’s overall marketing analytics strategy, and help drive successful execution at a high growth company.

  • Build and operationalize measurement frameworks for all of TTD’s global brand, product and event marketing initiatives.
  • Create and develop marketing performance (i.e. media metrics, campaign performance, KPIs, targets, etc.) and financial (i.e. budgets, forecasts, etc.) dashboards in Tableau and Excel.
  • Train and assist global Marketing teams on dashboard usage, ad hoc requests and feedback.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting efforts for various audiences, including the CMO, global marketing leads, commercial teams, etc.
  • Manage the Marketing organization’s technology stack and key vendor relationships.
  • Support global Marketing teams as a trusted partner on all things analytics, data visualization and insights, and serve as an expert in consolidating complex data sets to tell a story.

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, plus 3-5+ years in marketing analytics, data analysis and/or consulting roles, ideally at a high-growth B2B/SaaS company. Think nimble, action-oriented and fast-paced.
  • Expertise in aggregating, organizing and analyzing big data sets in Excel or other statistical tools. Working knowledge SQL, Python R and other data languages a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign metrics, KPIs and industry benchmarks.
  • Experience visualizing data for both executive audiences and operations teams in Tableau, Looker, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and/or working with data sets from those tools.
  • Exposure to marketing measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Moat, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and deliver on deadlines.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited guidance and support.
