Job Description
It is the Director's responsibility to drive customer adoption of Anomali solutions. Customer success is achieved by driving initiatives designed to add business value, dissemination of best practices, fulfilling a trusted advisor role, education of product capabilities and engaging in other professional services as necessary. He/she will manage a team of Customer Success Managers who provide guidance/direction to customers on how to best get value from Anomali products.  He/she should possess strong application functional expertise as well as strong sales expertise. He/she will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other Anomali customer facing personnel in the Sales, Services, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management teams. 
 
Responsibilities
·       Management of Customer Success Managers and Customer Support professionals assigned to the Onboarding program
·       Maintain Strong working relationships with customer facing personnel.
·       Acquire complete command of Anomali products (ThreatStream, Anomali Enterprise, Anomali Link, etc)
·       Understand customer requirements; in regard to onboarding
·       Understand customer level of adoption of the Anomali products/services by performing Customer Success onboarding Evaluations
·       Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to large and strategic Anomali customers
·       Support large and strategic customer pre-sales activities
·       Derive and disseminate best practices to help drive customer adoption of Anomali products and services
·       Participate in reports and presentations to all levels across the organization
·       Best practices development and implementation support
·       Provide product feedback to product management based on field experiences
·       Integrate Anomali with 3rd-Party security applications (Elastic, ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, Nitro, etc.)
 

Required Skills/Experience
·       Strong project management and team management skills
·       B.S. or B.A. College Degree
·       Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Strong technical background and ability to speak to engineers, developers and end users
·       Knowledge of enterprise level businesses and inner IT workings 
·      Experience with ArcSight, Splunk, IBM QRadar, McAfee Nirtro, and/or Hadoop, a must.
·       Managed Security Services operations and industry best practices

We are interested in speaking to candidates that have been working in account management, sales engineering or consulting for at least 5 years, and have developed a proficiency or subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, consulting security enterprise class software.  This would include hands-on with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM. Experience in forensics or general security consulting and familiarity with Managed Security Services a plus.
 
Travel:
25% Travel
Travel may include but not limited to: customer locations, local user groups, user conferences events, corporate events as required.
