CEO Office Team is the heart of the business at Trendyol which means that the decision-making process begins with master communication and analytical thinking. The team drives high-level strategic decision making across the entire business, leads key performance metrics, and adds operational rigor across the company.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management
  • 5-6 years of consulting or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Being a master communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business is built with people
  • Excited to work with product, marketing, human resources, operation, customer experience, and other functions working with team leaders
  • Being comfortable with the big picture and with the details with sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets and creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Male candidates should have no military obligations
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Wearing many hats: partner with management team in operations, customer success, product, marketing and HR on key strategic and operational priorities
  • Developing, leading and monitoring key performance metrics in executing plans to improve business processes and functions
  • Lead and support strategic business initiatives assigned by management team 
  • Developing processes to drive continuous improvement in cross functional projects
  • Generate quantitative and qualitative insights on how to improve the business and identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency
