ABOUT THE TEAM
If you are a techie, you belong in our Technology Team that builds scalable, high-performance platforms for our customers using up-to-date and efficient technologies.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of a Kubernetes and Compute Platform for our private cloud infrastructure.
  • Define and evolve the technical roadmap, setting a clear vision aligned with both platform needs and team capabilities.
  • Take ownership of team growth and motivation by fostering a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and technical excellence.
  • Identify organizational and technical gaps, and drive innovative, scalable solutions for internal platform challenges.
  • Foster a high-trust, high-impact team culture focused on collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee and improve engineering processes, including sprint planning, delivery, retrospectives, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Actively follow emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations to keep the platform and team ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor engineers, provide regular feedback, and contribute to career development paths within the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align goals, share knowledge, and ensure cohesive platform evolution.
  • Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Experience of Kubernetes and its components
  • Deep understanding of Linux and its distributions
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language. Golang is preferable
  • Understanding of core distributed systems concepts, such as fault-tolerance, consistency, and distributed rate-limiting
  • Basic level of understanding networking principles
  • Experience with Observability and Monitoring tools
  • Experience working with private or public cloud technologies (Openstack,AliCloud,AWS,vCloud,Azure) is a big plus
  • Experience with managing large numbers of diverse systems with configuration management and software delivery platforms (such as Terraform, Spinnaker, Puppet, Chef or Ansible) is a big plus.
  • Technical English proficiency is a must
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, with the ability to inspire, align, and grow engineering teams.
  • Ability to set and communicate technical direction and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term platform and team growth
  • Advocates for engineering excellence, process improvements, and a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Drives regular retrospectives, goal-setting, and feedback loops to ensure continuous team improvement and alignment

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
