ABOUT THE TEAM
Being a much-loved brand means putting customers first and designing every process around them, while remaining attractive to the sellers in our ecosystem.

The Customer & Seller Experience Team analyzes the needs of customers and suppliers, and offers solutions to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. They also design end-to-end customer experience journey for existing and new business models, and strive every day to help Trendyol to become a loved brand by knowing team processes inside out!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and maintaining Trendyol Group region-specific applications(especially GULF and Europe), mobile web, and websites by regularly checking for any bugs, identifying them, and ensuring their correction
  • Testing the processes/pain points of new features, reviewing current processes, identifying pain points, and ensuring necessary actions are taken
  • Analyze benchmarking data, perform detailed analysis and comparison of benchmarking data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with product teams based on findings/actions, tracking and reporting on the created backlog, and providing regular updates to the teams
  • Comparing international sites with the Turkish market, identifying differences/pain points, and proposing action items
  • Being informed about A/B tests conducted by product teams, communicating findings to relevant teams, and tracking the results
  • Prioritizing and tracking the impact of findings/actions appropriately, adding them to the backlog, and monitoring progress.
  • QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies
  • Min. 2 years of process improvement, project management, process excellence work experience preferred
  • Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excited to work with different functions within the company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Excellent Command of English

    We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
