ABOUT THE TEAM
If you are a techie, you belong in our Technology Team that builds scalable, high-performance platforms for our customers using up-to-date and efficient technologies.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Being champion of a data-driven culture and working to create advocates
  • Drive solutions from free-text data in multiple languages
  • Explore cutting-edge approaches and toolkits for solving NLP problems
  • Work on exploratory data analysis so you can navigate a dataset and come out with broad conclusions based on initial appraisals
  • Proven ability to relate and solve business problems through machine learning and deep learning in particular
  • Experience in applying various machine learning techniques and understanding the key parameters that affect their performance
  • Experience diving into data to consider hidden patterns and conducting error analysis
  • Having a curious mind and love to ask (and answer) "impossible" questions
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Synthesize methodology and data into actionable business strategy and communicate findings to engineering and management teams as driving business impact

    • Qualities We Are Looking For

  • The experience range for this position is suitable for specialist/senior specialist and lead roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics
  • Experience with building NLP solutions on one or more of the following fields; search, recommendation, catalog/content moderation
  • 3+ years of experience preferred working with foundational NLP concepts and state-of-the-art NLP architectures
  • Ability to track latest developments on NLP literature and apply them accordingly to e-commerce business problems
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and result-oriented attitude
  • Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis expressing data-driven thinking skill
  • Can-do approach to come up with innovative and practical solutions in data preprocessing, cleaning, automatic label generation works
  • Research and development skills on deep learning products for mobile commerce and ad-tech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with mobile commerce or self-service business models is a big plus

    We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.

    Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

    We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
