ABOUT THE TEAM
As an integral part of Trendyol's core commerce team, the International Fashion team is designed to keep the company competitive with the best price, wide selection and good product knowledge. The team launches new brands and helps local and global sellers join the Trendyol platform, as well as supporting and contributing to improving the overall experience (i.e. delivery time, returns, etc.) for consumers in Europe.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing delivery data to improve local and international delivery processes.
  • Monitoring and comparing the performance of fulfillment centers.
  • Exploring key performance indicator (KPI) improvement areas through granular analysis.
  • Contributing to and addressing development areas of fulfillment centers by executing business, operational, and category-based analyses.
  • Comparing delivery capacity and shipping plans regularly on a monthly basis according to sales forecasts to ensure action is taken to meet shipping capacity needs and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Taking ownership of metrics preparation and presentation for warehouse capacity planning, logistics network performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.
  • Implementing and ramping up new solutions in collaboration with tech teams and data source providers, and contributing to our roadmap.
  • Preparing the operational daily shipping plan in line with targets during campaign periods.
  • Monitoring operational costs and simulating long- and short-term costs according to targets.
  • Designing methods to manage and improve delivery data.
  • Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, preferably in engineering disciplines such as industrial engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets is required; familiarity with BigQuery, SQL, and Excel VBA is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp various operational metrics, processes, and their interrelationships.
  • Experience in planning, operations, or reporting is beneficial.
