Operational Excellence Team is the touchstone of the Operations at Trendyol which means that decision-making process begins with new layouts and improvement projects. Opex Team wants to be sure that Trendyol makes great decisions on the competitive market place. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp)
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
  • Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
  • Excellent at Excel and SQL
  • This position includes specialist, senior specialist roles
