ABOUT THE TEAM
If you are a techie, you belong in our Technology Team that builds scalable, high-performance platforms for our customers using up-to-date and efficient technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
  • Implement enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and optimize HANA-specific objects, including CDS views and AMDP.
  • Leverage HANA's in-memory capabilities for efficient data processing and analytics.
  • Enhance user experience through UI5-based applications.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to design and develop SAP Fiori applications.
  • Enhance user experience through UI5-based applications.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration projects.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and recommend improvements.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP ABAP developers.
  • Guide the team in designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient SAP solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Drive knowledge sharing, pair programming, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Organize and delegate development activities, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Support career development of team members through coaching, feedback, and growth planning.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and minimum 3 years leadership experience.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA is a must.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
  • Hands-on experience with HANA technologies: AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), CDS (Core Data Services).
  • Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or HR.

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
