About the Team
We’re looking for an Seller Operations Professional in Romania to drive smooth and timely order delivery. You’ll work closely with sellers and internal teams, improve operational processes, analyze performance, and provide on-site support to boost efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in new market expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sellers to ensure orders are delivered to customers within agreed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sellers and internal teams to support product procurement.
  • Manage communication with sellers and oversee all related operational processes.
  • Visit seller sites and provide training to improve operational performance.
  • Prepare and analyze operational quality reports (e.g., “On Time In Full” order management).
  • Identify areas for improvement in seller operations and lead related projects.
  • Design and implement operational processes for new country expansions.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in supplier or vendor management.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Critical thinker with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.
