About The Role
In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent using diverse platforms and innovative methods.
  • Conduct pre-screening and in-depth screening to identify strong matches.
  • Manage the full selection process, including case studies, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring timely follow-up at every stage.
  • Keep all recruitment activities and progress accurately updated on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in related field.
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in within fintech, payments, or fast-growth startups.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive the recruitment process.
  • Skilled in building diverse candidate pipelines, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously learn.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple demands effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate candidates and track recruitment funnel performance accurately.
