At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

We believe strategic partnerships are a powerful catalyst for growth and innovation. As we expand our ecosystem, we’re looking for a commercially minded, product-savvy marketing leader to define and deliver our joint go-to-market strategy with some of the world’s most influential technology partners. If you’re a hands-on product marketer who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and partner collaboration, this role is for you.

As our Director of Product Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be the driving force behind how Trustpilot shows up with and through our technology partners - from developing partner-specific value propositions to shaping our co-marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll partner closely with our Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to bring high-value partnerships to life, working closely with companies to co-develop go-to-market strategies, narratives and enablement.

Reporting to the VP of Product & Audience Marketing, this is a strategic role that spans Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Commercial. You’ll need a deep understanding of product marketing, a strong grasp of partner ecosystems, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across internal and external organisations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and execute a global partner marketing strategy that aligns with Trustpilot’s business goals, product value and strategic partnership objectives.
  • Act as the marketing lead in joint conversations with strategic partners, collaborating to shape joint value propositions, use cases, and OKRs that reflect shared goals.
  • Develop and launch co-marketing campaigns that showcase our integrated solutions and drive adoption, awareness, and impact across regions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to refine positioning and messaging that is tailored for and co-developed with each strategic partner.
  • Build strong, senior-level relationships within partner organisations to unlock marketing opportunities and elevate Trustpilot’s role as a strategic collaborator.
  • Create compelling co-branded assets—from pitch decks and case studies to thought leadership and partner enablement tools.
  • Work closely with our Commercial, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to activate and localise joint GTM campaigns across markets.
  • Define success metrics for partner initiatives, analyse performance, and share insights that inform strategic decisions and future plans.
  • Equip internal stakeholders—especially Sales and Customer teams—with the tools, messaging, and training needed to engage effectively with and through partners.
  • Stay plugged into the evolving tech ecosystem, identifying opportunities to strengthen our partner marketing approach and bring fresh thinking to the table.

Who you are:

  • You have extensive experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of working on complex go-to-market strategies in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
  • You’ve worked directly with strategic tech partners - ideally Fortune 500 or industry leaders in areas like data, analytics, AI, or API-based solutions.
  • You’re a strategic storyteller and operator—able to develop narratives that resonate while executing hands-on to deliver tangible results.
  • You understand how to navigate and influence within complex partner ecosystems, aligning multiple stakeholders around shared value.
  • You’re commercially minded, able to translate business strategy into impactful marketing plans, and comfortable operating autonomously in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
  • You’re confident leading partner-facing discussions, with the gravitas and communication skills to engage C-level contacts and drive forward collaborative initiatives.
  • You know how to measure success and use data to inform decisions, improve performance, and demonstrate the value of marketing investments.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Salesforce, Crossbeam, or other partner marketing platforms.

What's in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
