Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Software engineer-Reporting Developer to join our Financial systems enablement team supporting the Finance & Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, have a validated analytical approach, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time leadership skills, be an excellent teammate and have a good work ethic. Lastly you work well and handle situations well to meet ongoing requirements within short time constraints. 

This role is expected to contribute to ERP implementation to scale the future growth building the reporting platform in new Oracle ERP Fusion systems and build standard methodologies working closely with business partners and provide the best user experience.

Who?
Twilio is looking for a Software Engineer - Reporting Developer who lives in Twilio Magic. They also have:

• 4+ years of professional experience working in Oracle ERP and building scalable and efficient reporting platforms
• Experience in designing and developing transactional and analytical reports for Oracle ERP and EPM cloud applications
• Expertise in Oracle SQL and BI Publisher tool to develop reporting solutions. Other tools utilized include: Oracle transactional BI (OTBI), Financial reporting studio (FRS), Oracle Smart View (using Excel plug-in), Infolets and Dashboards
• Experience configuring and leading reporting roles, data security and user access for various Oracle ERP and EPM applications 
• Functional and data model understanding of key Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience in consolidating and de-duplicating the transactional reports and developing key reports for SOX Compliance
• Experience in report tuning and performance improvements
• Experience in building and demonstrating prototypes, conducting training sessions and build Knowledge repository for self service, creating test plans/scripts,BRD’s, use cases and facilitating user testing  
• Proven communication skills and the ability to understand business ask and clearly articulate your point of view .
• Experience with the following systems is a plus; Avalara/other tax software, ERP(NetSuite), Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce.com, OKTA, GSuite
• Experience working with a distributed team across time zones and comfortable working in second shift ( 1 - 10 PM IST)

• Partner with Finance leadership, Accounting, Procurement leaders, and other PMs to ensure they have the right information to engage with the central team and ensure happy customers.
• Proactively identify and clearly communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and current status to all partners

RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE

• Maintain laser focus on MVPs, iterative product development, and releasing immediate/tangible value to partners and adjust frequently.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization skills with multitasking and challenging priorities and know how to make the right trade-offs 

DRAW THE OWL

• Find opportunities for operational improvements across Finance & Accounting business applications and drive solution definition. 
• Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects.

WRITE IT DOWN

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication - ensure that sophisticated ideas, thoughts, and vision can be communicated simply and effectively. You are expected to thrive in a highly collaborative environment. 
• Expertise writing BRD’s, Functional, Technical Specifications and UAT scripts well versed with
