Twilio is growing rapidly and looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the Twilio Frontline Product. You will understand the needs of our customers in the global communication market and build the product to help our customers deploy and scale worldwide, expanding the product to become a central component of Twilio’s engagement cloud strategy. Working side by side with other product managers, engineering counterparts, design and UX, you will collaborate to craft and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Twilio Frontline.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of delivering products that customers love. They also have:

  • 5+ years in product management in a fast-paced company. You have hustled and know how to knock down barriers to get to your objective.
  • 1+ years of experience managing product managers.
  • Experience leading products to Product Market Fit, specifically mobile apps.
  • Experience solving complex problems and the aptitude to navigate uncharted waters.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and are collaborative and humble.
  • Great communication skills. You're equally at home on stage presenting to an audience of developers as you are coming up with product requirements. Your best days are the ones where you do both in the same day.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

What?

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be doing many things including:

  • BE AN OWNER: Own the overall roadmap for Twilio Frontline.
  • DRAW THE OWL & EMPOWER OTHERS: Work directly with your cross functional team to build and grow the product.
  • WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES: Be the leading expert on Twilio Frontline and work closely with customers, understanding what and how they are deploying and building, where they get stuck, and what will make their jobs easier.
  • BE INCLUSIVE: Collaborate with Twilio Enterprise Sales team to define the GTM strategy.

For now, this position will be remote. Once it’s safe to return to our office, this position will be located in our NYC office.
