Twilio is seeking a Senior Front End Senior Engineer for one of its UI teams. The person in this role will utilize React and other modern JavaScript/CSS libraries to create an intuitive experience that allows our customers to utilize our  products and features. There will be opportunities to mentor other members of the team and lead large-scale projects to completion. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to influence and implement architectural solutions that contribute towards our goal of being the world’s most trusted communication platform.

Who?

Twilio is looking for an engineer who lives the Twilio Magic.  They also have:

  • Typically, 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on user interfaces
  • 4+ years working in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • You have experience implementing backend services
  • You have passion for building engaging and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience with building or maintaining open source libraries
  • Understanding of web architecture such as the DOM, HTTP, JSON, REST and how they play a part in application design
  • Ideally you have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science
