An ideal candidate will be technically strong, have a good eye for business and can communicate well with all levels of partners. Who?

Twilio is looking for an BI Analyst who lives the Twilio Magic. They also have:

• 7+ years of professional experience in BI or analytics or similar fields, in a fast paced industry.
• Ability to think strategically and initiate, refine and complete projects proactively with minimal guidance, work with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with a large scale ERP and integrating with various systems.  Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM, NetSuite, Coupa, Expensify, Gappify are a plus.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with Oracle transactional business intelligence (OTBI), Smartview, FRS (financial reporting studio), Oracle ERP Cloud/E Business Suite (EBS), BICC is a must.
• Experience with data warehousing and/or ETL processes, and distributed computing (Hive/Presto).
• Expert level knowledge in SQL and relational and multidimensional database schemas and designs.
• Experience with Tableau and Looker (LookML).
• Experience in python (e.g. pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with compliance, audit, user access control process and data governance.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction. Willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques.
• Experience project management and Agile delivery methods.
• Required to perform on-call duties along with solving customer’s & production’s tickets.
