Must have strong capabilities in: balancing needs of business and staff, organization and prioritization, data management & interpretation, problem-solving, computer systems (our practice management system), and the ability to both formulate plans and drive results on your own and in conjunction with the leadership team.
Schedule: Full time position, expect 35-40 hours per week. Typical schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings and Saturdays. Flexibility and discretion in creating schedule.
Pay: $30-$35/hr. based on experience and skillset
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Regional Operations Director (Elena Rohner) and Medical Director (Dr. Rebecca Kurtzman)
- Opportunity for promotion to Practice Manager pending performance and demonstrated results growing the practice
- Responsibilities include helping to run day-to-day operations with a major focus on hospital growth initiatives
- Maintaining team focused on client growth and retention activities (e.g., health reminder outreach, forward booking, rescheduling canceled appointments, Google reviews and online reputation)
- Collaborate with Marketing Lead to drive successful Marketing campaigns
- Client service – ensure practice is offering premium, white glove client experience
- Support Medical Director and Operations Director in resolution of staff conflicts
- Support Medical Director with administrative duties required to run practice
