✨ What You Can Expect Here

• A balanced schedule that respects your time. Four days per week (with alternating Saturdays), 9–10 hour shifts that include a real lunch break, and flexibility if you need it.
• The support you deserve. A 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, plus a long-tenured team that truly has your back.
• Competitive pay & benefits. $115,000–$140,000+ production, health/vision/dental, retirement, PTO, CE allowance, pet discounts, uniform allowance, relocation/sign-on bonus, and we cover your dues and licenses.
• Room to grow. From mentorship for new grads to partnership opportunities through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), you’ll have the chance to shape your career the way you want.
• A modern facility. In-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray/dental x-ray, plus a surgery suite with orthopedic support from a visiting specialist.
