Who are we looking for?
Applicants must have at least 1+ years of veterinary assistant experience, professional work ethic, positive personality, ability to multi-task, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients.

Schedule:
This is a part-time need, working 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians.
  • Handling and restraining pets for exams and procedures.
  • Assist in the taking of x-rays.
  • Monitor and collect urine and fecal samples as needed.
  • Monitor, care for, record, and report physical signs of hospitalized/surgical patients.
  • Responsible for cleaning/maintenance of hospital.
  • Filling medication prescriptions and dispensing medications to clients.
  • Surgical assistance to veterinarians and technicians.
