We are looking for a highly analytical, systems-savvy, and collaborative Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and scaling Vimeo’s GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
You’ll combine traditional Field Operations responsibilities (forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting) with a proactive focus on improving the usability, design, and effectiveness of our core GTM systems — including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and others. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how our teams work, communicate, and drive impact through data and systems.
What You’ll Do
Field Operations & Analytics
- Partner with the SDR & ISR leadership team to deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and ad-hoc analyses to drive GTM visibility and decision-making
- Provide strategic insights to optimize funnel conversion, rep productivity, and customer retention
Systems UX & Process Optimization
- Own the user experience of our GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.), identifying friction points and leading UX/UI improvements in partnership with internal systems teams
- Lead or contribute to key cross-functional systems projects (e.g., Clari forecast redesign, Outreach sequence optimization, Salesforce Lightning UI streamlining).
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous iteration and adoption of tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement, SystemsOps, and RevOps teams to align on roadmap, change management, and execution.
- Serve as a trusted operational advisor to GTM team leaders, ensuring scalable processes and data integrity.
- Translate business requirements into clear system enhancements, partnering with technical teams to execute.
About You
- 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems like Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Clari, Outreach, LeanData, or equivalent tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales and CS motions (inbound/outbound sales, renewals, expansion).
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to improve processes iteratively based on feedback and data.
- A systems thinker who loves making complex tools intuitive and user-friendly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority.

Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro: $88,000- $121,000
