Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles.

In this exciting role, your focus will be on Cup Heroes, a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

Role

  • Define and implement a smart, engaging in-game economy for Cup Heroes, from soft and hard currencies to upgrade systems, reward loops, and monetization flow.
  • Design A/B testing strategies to optimize economic systems and difficulty pacing across the player journey.
  • Collaborate with game designers to create balanced meta systems that support long-term progression and retention.
  • Set best practices for economy design, tracking, and balancing, working closely with the product and data teams to ensure every system is measurable, responsive, and scalable.
  • Actively contribute to the game’s overall direction by blending economic insight with creative thinking.
  • Profile

  • 4+ years of experience as a game economist or systems designer, with meaningful contributions to at least two successful, live mobile games.
  • Deep understanding of F2P mobile game economies, monetization design, and progression balancing, preferably in midcore or RPG titles.
  • Data-literate and comfortable building hypotheses, running experiments, and iterating based on insights.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense for systems thinking and player motivations.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, able to manage multiple systems and adapt quickly to feedback or shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated and accountable, you take full ownership of your systems and see them through from idea to execution.
