We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to take full ownership of quality across our squads. You’ll be the reference point for QA at BeReal, setting the bar for excellence, implementing best practices, and working closely with engineers and PMs to ensure every feature meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
Define, own and implement QA processes across multiple squadsCreate and manage comprehensive test plans and test casesMaintain and improve automated and manual testing workflowsCollaborate with PMs and developers to define quality goals early in the development lifecycleBe the point of contact for QA topics within BeReal — acting as a mentor and quality ambassadorDrive continuous improvements in reliability, scalability and testing strategyProfile
