You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for teens, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers in an authentic, pressure-free environment. Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.
As a member of a high-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development, we are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Intern to join.

Role

  • Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Wizz TA team
  • Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members and Hiring Managers
  • Conduct pre-qualifications for specific positions
  • Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
  • Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
  • Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
  • Profile

  • Available asap for a 3 to 6 months internship
  • A first experience in recruitment would be a +
  • Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
  • Curious and business-oriented
  • Native level of french
