We're looking for a Social Media Producer to join the SB Nation Team within Vox Media to cover golf. As a member of the SB Nation Team you’ll be responsible for possessing a keen appreciation for the many ways to communicate storytelling and breaking news on a variety of social media platforms. We’re more interested in the ability to translate complex ideas into memorable features and packages—preferably someone dynamic, high-energy, and who loves challenges and starting conversations. The Golf Senior Social Media Producer will report to the Golf Editor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle content distribution across all of our platforms
- Track and analyze data to help inform social platform strategy and create plan to carry it out
- Coordinate weekly coverage/come up with new ways to expand reach
- Deliver weekly analytics across social channels
- Organizing social coverage and continue development of multi-platform presence
- Extensive knowledge of mainstream social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Execute best practices/tips for growing our golf brand socially
- Pitch stories to the relevant platforms (Apple News, Flipboard, SmartNews, Facebook News)
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate for Senior Social Media Producer has:
- At least 3 years of social experience
- Strong understanding and passion for the editorial sensibility of golf
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
