We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our FCTO Digital Transformation team. This entry-level role supports the ongoing development, maintenance, and reporting activities within Salesforce and related tools, enabling strategic insights and operational excellence. You’ll assist in generating bi-weekly reporting for senior stakeholders and contribute to operational efficiency across business systems.

What You'll Own
Maintain and update internal Salesforce dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.Support the creation and delivery of fortnightly operational reports for FCTO senior stakeholders.Assist in identifying areas for reporting automation and improvements using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, or other data platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs for reports and translate business needs into data tracking requirements.Support ad hoc reporting requests and data-related projects to drive efficiency and visibility.Document and update standard operating procedures for reporting workflows.Learn and contribute to the team's use of AI prompting and automation in reporting and operations.What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).1+ year of experience in business operations, reporting, or administrative roles (internship experience welcome).Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/reporting platforms is highly desirable.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and reporting systems.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.Curiosity about digital transformation and eagerness to learn about automation, AI, and business operations.What Sets Us Apart

The starting base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $83,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
