Reporting to the Global Sr. Director, Talent Management, the Sr. Manager, Talent Development will identify and monitor training needs in the organization. This role will design, plan, build, implement and measure training programs and procedures to fulfill skill needs. This role will support the needs of the EMEA and APJ regions and will be required to travel into the TLV office 3 days per week.

What you’ll own
Creation of a global interactive training program connecting every WalkMe Team Member to the customer journey, our product, and an in-depth understanding of each departments impact on our organizational priorities within the first 6 months of employmentDeliver our 9 existing Leadership workshops, strategize and design additional training that is connected to our leadership competency frameworkDesign and execute comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures to meet the skill gap needs in our organizationBuild strategic partnerships with business leaders across regions to identify and implement organizational effectiveness solutionsPartnering with Employee Engagement, DEI, and our People Business Partners with a collaborative, continuous improvement mindsetEvaluate organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance using the Kirkpatrick methodCollaborate with various teams to drive training strategies and facilitate efficient onboarding for new team membersIdentify and address gaps in training content and materials to boost productivity and engagementServe as an internal consultant for change management and the development of key organizational competencies.What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Talent Development/ Organizational Development/Talent Management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.Strong foundation in Leadership theories and best practicesMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Instructional Design theoriesProven experience in measuring training effectiveness with a focus on continual improvements and enhancementsStrong ability to engage employees of all levels through engaging facilitationProven experience in leading and implementing large-scale, transformational projectsExcellent facilitation and project management skillsProficiency in Google Suite, LMS Administration, and Articulate 360Strong stakeholder management and partnership building skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with rapidly changing business needs and a leader focused on the futureStrong leadership presence and superior communication skills.Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
