WalkMe pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to empower business leaders to realize and unlock the full potential of technology in today's overwhelming digital world. Through WalkMe's guidance, engagement, insights, and seamless automation, employees are more efficient, executives have better visibility into digital usage, and organizations maximize the full value of their digital assets to empower digital transformation.

As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in helping customers deploy and integrate our SaaS product. We lead the technical delivery, infrastructure, and technical strategy, ensuring the successful deployment, implementation, and expansion of WalkMe to drive effective digital adoption. You’ll act as both a technical expert and a quarterback—leading customers through complex deployments with confidence, clarity, and care. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide hands-on support, and ensure seamless implementation of our platform within their environments. You’ll also partner with product management, engineering, and support to align technical decisions with our overall product strategy. You’ll be expected to communicate proactively, drive progress with urgency, and stay adaptable in fast-moving or ambiguous situations.

  • Troubleshoot deployment issues
  • Work directly with customers on configuring API integrations with the WalkMe platform
  • Browser/OS compatibility and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support. Bridge gaps, facilitate conversations, and calibrate with other teams to drive alignment.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation (installation guides, configuration guides, troubleshooting materials).
  • Help customers understand how the platform works technically—including infrastructure, privacy, and security.
  • Build relationships grounded in trust and empathy. Know your customers and advocate for them internally.

  • Soft Skills
  • Skilled communicator adept at setting expectations, sharing proactive updates, and listening with empathy; able to tailor messaging effectively for different audiences, including C-level, technical, and business groups.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt when clear processes don’t exist
  • Capable of translating customer needs into technical requirements
  • Driven and fast-moving—you follow through quickly and don’t let blockers slow you down
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset—we’re one team, and we support each other
