EU/APAC Employee Wellness Engagement Associate (Berlin)

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate, plan, and facilitate wellness activities and programs for Europe & Asia.
  • Coordinate and drive engagement in annual wellbeing challenges, such as the Steps Challenge and Global Wellness Week.
  • Create awareness of global or local initiatives and promote participation through detailed communications campaigns; ensure team members understand their available resources.
  • Continually assesses the needs and interests of employees: assist in benchmarking activities for current programs and policies; maintain oversight on all current wellness policies. Propose additional programming solutions based on survey data and help coordinate new vendor implementation.
  • Maintain appropriate, complete, and accurate records on all wellness programs and participation. 
  • Maintain relationships with global and local wellness vendors. Work with vendors to compile statistical summaries of relevant data to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
  • Process invoices, maintain budget spreadsheets, and reconcile monthly transaction reports.
  • Think creatively about employee wellbeing and inclusion; assisting in key seasonal initiative and special projects
  • Support the management of our core benefits offerings (e.g. retirement and healthcare), as needed. 
  • Support the benefits team as we expand into other countries to establish new benefits programs, as needed, and expand existing wellness and benefits programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a large, fast paced organization.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of German, other EU languages will be an asset.
  • Background in benefits communications or communications strategy preferred.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with numbers is a must.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse employee populations and evaluate varying needs.
  • Experience in organising events and a strong interest in building community.
