Pay: $17.31/hr + 10% Annual Bonus

What You'll Do

  • You will screen real-time queues and identify fraudulent transactions, based on qualitative and quantifiable attributes.
  • Develop proficiency and flex across scheduled and/or prioritized fraud-related tasks to provide optimal coverage.
  • Balance accuracy and attention to detail, all while ensuring a timely verification and decision-making process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments to process related issues as they arise.
  • Conduct internet research with third-party tools, social media platforms, and Google to determine whether an order is fraudulent.
  • Analyze personal KPI trends and build on continued coaching moments from management, trainers and peers.

What You'll Need

  • Strong internet research skills and the ability to interpret data in multiple systems with acute attention to detail
  • High level of confidence when using judgment in decision making, especially when recognizing non-obvious patterns
  • You have the ability to work effectively with peers and manager and contribute positively to team dynamic
  • Proactive work ethic and initiative to constantly improve processes and service to customers
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • 2+ year college degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in risk management, e-commerce operations, or customer service
