The B2B Marketing team is directly accountable for maximizing new business acquisitions and customer revenue, engagement and lifetime value through a diverse portfolio of digital, offline, B2B-centric marketing and sales channels and partnerships. Leveraging sophisticated models to target businesses and pinpoint precise moments that deepen our connection with them, we drive the ultimate growth and revenue strategy for Wayfair Professional, partnering with Data Science, Marketing Engineering, Product, Sales Strategy and Operations and Sales Channels to build innovative platforms and systems that keep us at the cutting-edge of marketing technology and measurement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Wayfair Professional’s Customer Relationship Marketing program, optimizing existing marketing, sales and digital platforms and testing into new, B2B-specific channels

  • Lead omni-channel customer engagement strategy and execution and partner with functional stakeholders to define customer treatment use cases, activate, scale and measure these across channels

  • Serve as an expert on overall B2B Customer Relationship Marketing performance & strategy for executive leaders

  • Oversee large investment budgets to exceed ROI goals and grow the business ● Partner with cross-functional business teams (Sales, Category, Storefront, Service, Finance, Analytics) to fully optimize the complete customer journey and maximize customer lifetime value

  • Be a thought-partner with and influence Data Science, Marketing Engineering, Product, and Business Intelligence leaders to architect uniquely innovative and value-additive products and go to market capabilities

  • Build strategic partnerships with external advertising vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) to test new growth products and advertising tools

  • Mentor and develop your high-performing team of managers and analysts, meaningfully changing their personal growth trajectories

What You'll Need

  • 10-15 years’ experience in B2B marketing and/or B2B-centric management consulting, startup/tech, finance, tech or strategy

  • A customer first mindset and ability to elevate from the “channels” to develop the best set of customer treatments and experiences for the business

  • Outstanding commercial orientation and ability to maximize impacts to the P&L and for customers

  • Experience leading teams and managing individuals across a broad range of work experience levels

  • A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude

  • Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills - ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence executive leaders and senior cross-functional partners

  • Holistic results/growth orientation married with entrepreneurial thinking and an insatiable intellectual curiosity - a relentless focus on driving impact and continuous improvement
