HR Admin / Shared Services Associate

Wayfair is seeking a Human Resources Associate for our Shared Services function supporting all of our Europe & Asia locations. As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through benefits administration, processing of employee-focused policies, new employee onboarding, and general support throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resources team makes sure the fun, hardworking, and innovative culture of Wayfair are constants in the work lives of our employees.

What You'll Do:
● Support our EU & Asia Business and HR teams across various corporate & warehouse sites to process employee relations requests, administer benefits, generate & amend employee contracts
● Conduct trainings relating to best practices for processing requests
● Support org and structural changes ensuring consistency & speed
● Audit and maintain accuracy of employee records using various HRIS systems
● Support new-hire onboarding process and iterate to drive the best experience focusing on speed & accuracy of processing
● Support performance management activities, particularly with reporting employee data
● Assist with executing change management & communication strategies as HR Shared Services processes evolve
● Partner closely with the onsite HR team in the Berlin office to manage HR mail, employment contracts and organizing carriers, for both domestic and international shipment.

What You'll Need:
● Experience in a dedicated HR Generalist, Administration, HR Internship, Shared services or HRIS role preferred
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, preferred
● Ability to use sound judgment, creatively problem-solve
● Ability to effectively and respectfully partner with individuals at varying levels within an organization
● Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
● Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
● German/English language skills preferred
● Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude including Google Suite and HRIS systems
