This role is an onsite position based out of one of our Final Mile Sites in either Norton, MA or Linden, NJ.

This role will offer data-driven solutions for Site operations to improve productivity and support on maintenance and upgradation of Labor productivity tracking tool. This role will utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve various aspects of Site operations productivity. This includes responsibilities such as identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, the role will involve actively supporting the maintenance and upgrades of the Labor productivity tracking tool, ensuring that it remains accurate, relevant, and capable of providing actionable insights to further drive productivity improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze data and trends to improve the monitoring of labor productivity at last mile delivery depots
  • Create cross-functional partnerships to advance visibility of labor productivity for last mile delivery depots
  • Create and enforce best practice guidelines to monitor productivity of associates in HDOs 
  • Build relationships with depot management team, supporting them with their queries
  • Leverage data to analyze the & report on performance trends, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives

What You’ll Need:

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Able to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset able to process large volumes of data using a variety of reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)
  • Ability to distill complex information in a simplistic way via emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations
  • Passionate about execution with a strong interest to drive engagement
  • Desire to own projects from beginning to end, and thrive as part of a team as well as individually
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
