About Wayfair Professional (aka Wayfair B2B): Wayfair Professional is the ‘gated’ experience of Wayfair dedicated to all business customers.  We organize our customer base and corresponding offering (site and sales) into 7 industry verticals, prioritizing our Interior Design, Commercial Office and Contractor experiences. In 2021, we expect to generate $2B in GRS and we are on a journey to being a $5B+ business by 2025 (+30% YoY growth), with over a $300B opportunity to cover across North America and Europe over the subsequent 10 years.

Wayfair Professional is looking for an experienced leader to guide the growth, strategy, and adoption of our attached services, including products like protection plans and assembly. We aim to provide best in class offerings for our customers and are making significant investments in these new products to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. As the Manager, B2B New Services, you’ll be the B2B business champion and work alongside our partner teams to manage our existing suite of services, advocate for product enhancements, and launch de novo solutions to better meet our customer’s needs.

What You'll Do

    • Cross functional partnership with Engineering and Operational teams to improve the customer experience
    • Testing into new customer and sales team messaging
    • Pricing strategy for our commercial offerings
  • Focus heavily on adoption of these offerings, innovating our approach to continue delighting our customers
  • Function as the B2B lead for these services in close coordination with B2C partners
  • Represent B2B in company wide planning as Wayfair continues to innovate and improve upon our attached services experience
  • Serve as “voice of the B2B customer” / B2B advocate within larger projects managed by other functions

What You'll Need

  • A successful self-starter with experience launching new product/service offerings
  • Given the strategic and cross-functional nature of this role, the qualified candidate must have strong quantitative and analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority and a collaborative mindset.
  • Can simplify complex processes/concepts to drive understanding and alignment both internally and externally to our customers
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing cross-functional projects required.
  • Experience working in a fast-growth company or shaping your own work plan
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience required
